Happy Friday and Happy Holidays as well! Christmas is nearly here, so let’s check out what kind of goodies Santa has in store for us at Morgan Creek!
Typically around this time of year the market will slow for new listings, but we have two new houses put up for sale in the past week! Both houses are around $2,500,000 and have enough bedrooms and bathrooms for the whole family (and even grandma and grandpa) to fit comfortably, if you desired. A house also sold in the past week for just over $1,200,000 with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Lucky new home owners!
There are still only 2 active condos for sale, with no townhouses or apartments available in Morgan Creek at the moment. Even so, you can’t go wrong with a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in such a beautiful area.
In total, there are 52 active detached homes and the 2 condos on the market. These homes have all been active for an average of about 83 days.
To get into a detached home in Morgan Creek, so Santa can climb down your chimney, you’d would need a starting budget of $1,000,000 and still a grand total of around $10,000,000 for the most expensive house in the area. Maybe you could ask old Saint Nick for a donation to your stocking if you’re wanting one of the larger homes.
The newest house for sale in Morgan Creek is an inviting 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with a spectacular view of the golf course and mountains and a private-view balcony upstairs. If you enjoy taking in the great outdoors, there is a two-tier back patio surrounded by the gorgeous scenery. With the spacious inside and outside and great views, this house is definitely worth a walk-through.
