Here we are again to check out what prices have been reduced in Morgan Creek. There were 3 homes that have gone down in price since the last time we reviewed the area:

Townhouse:

#11-15255 36 Ave – Price reduced from $988,000 to $938,000.

Detached homes:

3615 154 Street – Price reduced from $1,390,000 to $1,370,000. (An additional reduction from its original price of $1,438,000)

3540 154 Street – Price reduced from $1,680,000 to $1,588,000.
